Description
Dymista spray is a dual-action nasal spray is popular with patients and prescribers, as it contains an intranasal antihistamine called Azelastine and a corticosteroid called fluticasone propionate. Dymista needs to be used regularly as it takes a few days for it to work, so starting at least a week before the nasal symptoms begin is sensible. The usual starting dose is one sprays into each nostril in the morning and evening.
