Have you, or an immediate family member under 50, ever suffered from deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), or a blood clot? *

Do you suffer from migraines with aura (e.g. flashing lights, zigzag lines, or blind spots before headaches)? *

Has your blood pressure been measured above 140/90 mmHg, or do you have diagnosed uncontrolled hypertension? *

Safety screening for baseline medical conditions and drug interactions.

Do you have any severe kidney failure, severe liver impairment, or unstable cardiovascular disease? *

Severe organ disease may affect drug clearance and safety.
